Galentine's Themed Shoot with the KGI Model Team | Knoxville, TN | Kaitlin Grace Images

February, the month of love, chocolate covered strawberries, and colors of pinks and reds everywhere!

This is a themed shoot that I have been looking forward to doing with my KGI Team. It was so fun planning everything and I want to share with you guys the top 5 props that were our favorite!

  1. Roses

When I think of Valentine's the first thing that comes to mind are beautiful red roses and if you're like me I love shooting with any bouquet of flowers! They are such a fun prop that is very versatile when posing. You can easily snag some roses at your grocery store or local flower shop.

2. Balloons

Throwing in some pink and red balloons gives the shoot a fun vibe and adds color! I got this pack of balloons from Target in the dollar spot but you can also get them on amazon for a great deal as well.

3. Disco Ball

An amazing prop that can be used in any type of styled shoot. We had so much fun with this one and I will definitely be using it again in a future themed shoot! Check out these different sizes you can get on Amazon!

4. Pink Phone

What a better way to top off your Galentine styled shoot than with a retro pink telephone! I found this one on amazon and the girls loved "acting out" their phone calls!

4. Valentine Backdrop

After searching and searching Pinterest for the perfect backdrop inspo for the shoot, I finally found one and it was so easy to put together. I got a big roll of white kraft paper from Amazon, then took a paint brush with blank paint and painted the XO's. Such a simple project to give this shoot the cutest background!

This shoot couldn't have turned out any cuter thanks to all these amazing props and my beautiful KGI Ladies!

Happy Valentine's/Galentine's!
